Welcoming Ane Launy as Interim CFO at Stepwise

We are pleased to announce that Ane Launy has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ane, who will continue to serve as an active member of the Stepwise Board, brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy, investment, and governance to her new role. She succeeds Magnus Hofshagen, whom we thank for his significant contributions and wish him continued success in the future.

Ane is an experienced CFO, board member, and senior investment professional with a proven record across investment banking, hedge funds, and complex transactions. Most recently, she served as CFO at Aira, where she played a key role in expanding the company to over 1,200 employees across five countries and securing nearly €500 million in funding. Previously, she held investment roles at Goldman Sachs, Fir Tree Partners and King Street Capital, and served as a board member for Diamond Offshore, gaining valuable sector insight into the offshore energy industry. In addition to her executive roles, she is an active angel investor in climate tech, digital health, consumer sectors, and emerging AI applications.
