Stepwise Strengthens Leadership Team with Strategic Appointments

Anders Rønningen has been appointed Chairman of the Board. With extensive expertise in consulting, investment banking, and executive leadership, Anders’ strategic insight will be pivotal in guiding Stepwise’s mission to lead the energy transition.

Additionally, Per-Robert Jacobsen, who previously served as Executive Chairman, will assume the role of Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. In this capacity, Per-Robert will focus on advancing Stepwise’s strategy, fostering key partnerships, attracting talent, and ensuring access to capital resources. He will also serve as a special advisor to the Chairman, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
