Stepwise Appoints Finlay Johnston as Chief Revenue Officer

Stepwise is pleased to announce the appointment of Finlay Johnston as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Formerly our Vice President of Contracts and Marketing, Finlay steps into this new role working closely with Kane Liddelow, our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Finlay will focus on product and pricing strategy and revenue growth, expanding our offering across new geographies and market segments, and building our network of agents and channel partners. His appointment marks a significant step in our continued commitment to delivering efficiency-led emissions reduction and measurable value to our clients.

With over 25 years of international experience in energy and finance, Finlay is a seasoned commercial leader. He brings a proven track record of success, including more than a decade of global leadership in the offshore drilling sector. His unique ability to blend strategic market insight with operational execution has been instrumental in Stepwise’s commercial success to date.

This leadership transition reinforces our mission to help clients in the offshore energy sector reduce costs and emissions.
