Tell us about Leo

I am a native from Panama living in Houston since 1991.  I have a passion for family,  cybersecurity, cycling and socializing.  Over the past 30 years I have gathered extensive experience working in various industries from medical, geophysical, logistics, offshore drilling, and cybersecurity consulting.

Why did you join Stepwise?

I joined Stepwise because I see it as a company with exceptional potential. The caliber of talent here is truly impressive, with a team that combines open-mindedness with a strong drive for success. What’s your focus in Stepwise?

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), my aim is to position information security as a business enabler, supporting our company’s growth, innovation, and competitive advantage while protecting our assets and reputation.
