Anders Rønningen joins the Stepwise Board of Directors.

Anders brings extensive experience across consulting, investment banking, and executive leadership, making him an invaluable addition to our team. He has held prominent roles at leading organisations such as Kongsberg, DNB Markets, Platou Markets, Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS, and Arkwright Consulting, with expertise in Corporate Development, Strategy, M&A, Digitalisation, Disruption, and Investments.

Career highlights include:

• 10 years at Kongsberg Group: Leading M&A in Group Business Development, responsible for the integration of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine, and most recently, serving as Executive Vice President at Kongsberg Discovery
• 7 years in senior investment banking roles at DNB Markets, Platou Markets, and Glitnir Securities
• 5 years in strategy advisory services, including partner at Arkwright

In addition to his corporate leadership, Anders is an active business angel, with a strong network in the tech start-up and venture capital ecosystem. His strategic insight will be pivotal in helping Stepwise secure key partnerships, attract investment, and explore new growth opportunities.

Most importantly, Anders is deeply aligned with our mission to drive innovation in emissions management. In his own words:
